Empowering FAST Intelligent Upgrades: ZQSOFT Successfully Completes Acceptance of the Phase III MES System for Retarder

Recently, ZQSOFT successfully completed the acceptance of the Phase III MES system for the retarder, implemented for Shaanxi Fast Intelligent Braking System Co., Ltd. This acceptance signifies that the system has officially been put into use, marking a significant step towards the informatization and intelligentization of enterprise production management.

As a key partner in this project, the ZQSOFT team spent nearly nine months completing the entire process, from requirement research and solution design to system development, testing, and deployment. During the implementation, we gained an in-depth understanding of the client’s business needs and adopted a phased go-live and trial operation strategy, successfully addressing technical challenges such as the integration of production equipment with information systems and optimizing assembly and machining production management.

Notably, the new features introduced in the Phase III project have further enhanced the precision control of production planning, data traceability, and logistics coordination capabilities, delivering significant economic and management benefits to the client.
