The first tire of Zodo Tire Cambodian factory, a client of ZQSOFT, has successfully rolled off the production line!

Recently, the first tire with the "ROCKBLADE" brand printed on it was successfully rolled off the production line at the Cambodia factory of Zodo Tire. This milestone event marks the official commencement of production at zodo's overseas manufacturing base and also signifies that Chinese tire brands have taken another solid step on their globalization journey.

The first tire successfully rolled off the production line at the Cambodia factory of Zodo Tire, representing not only the firm steps of the company's overseas expansion but also marking a crucial stage in its digital transformation. The MES system tailored for it by our side is being steadily constructed as planned, injecting core momentum into this modern factory.

As the core support for the digital transformation of the factory, the MES system takes "integration of the entire business process" as its core objective, precisely pinpointing the management pain points across the entire tire production chain. Centered around five core modules: production plan management, manufacturing management, inventory operation management, quality operation management, and process management, the system will break down the information silos under the traditional production model, enabling data interoperability in every link from the issuance of production orders, workshop execution, to inventory circulation, quality traceability, and process optimization.

Currently, the construction of the MES system is advancing simultaneously with factory production. As the system is gradually implemented, the Zodo Tire Cambodia factory will achieve triple improvements in production efficiency, product quality, and management level, building a solid digital barrier for its competition in the Southeast Asian market.

Introduction to Zodo Tire Enterprise

Zodo Tire Co., Ltd. was established in 2011 and is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and service of high-performance passenger car tires.

In 2023, Zodo Tire achieved global sales of USD 655 million, ranking 41th（2024 Top 75 Tire Manufacturers and Suppliers） among global Tire Manufacturers and 14th domestically. Its products are marketed in over 100 countries worldwide, and it boasts the largest single factory in the global Tire Industry, with an annual production capacity of 29.6 million units. In 2023, Zodo Tire's global production reached 35.4106 million units and sales reached 34.5437 million units, both with year-on-year growth exceeding 37%. Zodo Tire's semi-steel radial tire production line in Cambodia is expected to commence production in the second half of 2025, with a production capacity of 13.5 million units per year. Additionally, its Phase II project in Cambodia (with an annual output of 1.5 million units of all-steel radial tires) was completed and registered in January 2025, further expanding production capacity.

Zodo Tire has invested over RMB 2 billion in its semi-steel radial tire factory in Cambodia. The production line is expected to commence production in the second half of 2025, with a capacity of 13.5 million units per year. Furthermore, its second-phase project in Cambodia, with an annual output of 1.5 million units of all-steel radial tires, was registered in January 2025, further expanding production capacity. Upon completion of the second phase, the total production capacity will jump to 8.7 million units. Leveraging Southeast Asia's rubber resources and tax benefits, the company has overcome the 35% tire tariff barrier imposed by the United States. Its products have obtained certifications from the United States and Europe, covering more than 100 countries worldwide. Simultaneously, it has achieved a 30% reduction in transportation costs and a 50% increase in regional response speed. Made in China is emerging as the new hub for tires in Cambodia.

The Cambodia factory of Zodo Tire has simultaneously established its own thermal power plant to achieve self-supply of steam. With integrated construction throughout the entire process and automated operation throughout the entire process, it lays a solid foundation for energy and provides stable energy supply for tire production.
