MES system based on model driven and low code

Low code configuration of OPC UA, Modbus and other interfaces, real-time collection of device data (such as machine speed, temperature), and generation of warning rules through model driven (automatic alarm for exceeding threshold).

Support real-time kanban visualization, such as dynamic refresh of production line OEE, yield rate and other indicators, with data latency controlled within seconds.


3、 Typical form: Lightweight platform+Industry model library


Platform architecture: includes a low code development engine (form/process designer), a model driven engine (parsing business models), and a real-time data middleware (integrating device/production data).


Industry Implementation: Process model libraries for industries such as complete vehicles, automotive parts, tires, and equipment manufacturing can be directly accessed by enterprises and personalized requirements can be extended through low code (such as special quality inspection items).
